My husband, Paul and I live in a small town called Keystone Heights. Paul is the senior pastor at Friendship Bible Church. If you're ever in the neighborhood by all means stop by.

Currently I'm working on a couple book contracts and hope to get some proposals off to my agent asap. She's hoping so as well. I have a wonderful agent and I'm not the only one that thinks so. Janet Kobobel Grant and her company Books & Such was named one of the best agencies in the country from Writer's Digest Magazine.

My oldest son and his family moved to Keystone Heights about a year ago. It's been wonderful having the grandchildren four houses down the street from us. My daughter and her family live in South Florida and Paul and I travel down there to visit the girls as often as possible. Unfortunately it isn't all that often. Our youngest son is getting married in August of this year and we're planning a trip to Texas for the wedding.

Well that's enough about my personal life. With regard to my writing, it is a gift from the Lord. A true miracle really. I am not what you would call a natural writer. I hated to read while in school and I'm not all that fond of grammar and all the contrary rules. But God saw fit to call me to be a writer for Him. My goal is to be the best that I can be, to be found worthy of the task He's given me and to be honorable in all I do. I love the opportunity to meet and speak with folks who are called to write or who have been touched by some of my writing. It is a confirmation that I'm doing what the Lord has called me to do.
